Is it true that Ronaldinho struggled with alcoholism?

I heard this somewhere a few weeks ago. I don't understand how being one of the greatest players in the world and being an alcoholic could go hand in hand, although I guess it could be true.Is it true that Ronaldinho struggled with alcoholism?
I don't know specifically about Ronaldinho, but I think most people would probably be surprised by the amount that professional soccer players drink, especially overseas. While I was playing professionally several years ago, it was relatively common for players to drink (and smoke) the night before games. I wouldn't say everybody did it, but a significant percentage. ive actually met Ronaldinho, stayed with him for like 2 days, honestly, he does NOT have a problem with alcohol, he invited me %26amp; a few mates to go bowling in Barcelona few months back, why he invited us? he said you %26amp; your freinds are slim tall pretty %26amp; said he wants us to spend a few days with him, trust me this is true, honeslty, he was a gentlemen, never told us to do this or that, never asked anythign from us apart from inviting us, i got his MSN add hehehe, he helps me with financial things, as in buying me things when i need them, gives us tickets for some matches he plays in, Domestic %26amp; Internationally, oooooops, sorry i dont think im meant to be saying this,, lol, its just i get carried away sometimes, i just feel like telling these stuff to ppl, even if i dont know them, sometimes it feels like a dream but i truly know for fact Ronaldinho does not have a alcohol problem as i talk to him on a regular basis %26amp; meet him quite a few times now, and i can again honestly truly say he does not have many people like me %26amp; a few mates from outside where he plays, we live in the UK,%26amp; he plays in Spain %26amp; all over the world sometimes but he keeps us as his girl mates which as i have stated he does not have much as for footballing %26amp; personal reasons as u can understand, maybe as fans he does but not as me %26amp; my freinds are with him which is actual regular contact, helping us with our lives, buying us things, holidays etc, sorry i cant mention more then that as Ronaldinho will think im telling the whole world which quite frankly he does not really approve of as you can imgaine how much fans these International famours stars have %26amp; how it can become if one was to say they knowq him etc etc, so am not gonna give out more, but we must be the luckiest girls in the world lol, i know being slim, tall pretty makes life for us girls easier but Ronaldinho as our freind? wow still cant believe it, but im soooo happy, %26amp; again no he does not have a drink problem, he's such down to earth guy he can never any problems like this, am gonna chat to him in 6 hours when he comes online sometimes he's going to go to tour with his team Barcelona for his pre-seaon practice, traning %26amp; matches, sorry if am rambliing on its just that i feel like sharing my experiance of what am having, its sooo coooooool, anythjng thats it no morel lol, but he buys me all sorts of stuff, truly, got to go before i reveal more, lol byeeeee.
