I just heard a brief thing on the radio about Richardson being investigated for taking bribes. Something about awarding a transportation contract for billions to someone who gave his family money and donated to his campaign. There's not much info out about this yet. What's the story?

No its not true.
After some digging, I found what you are reffering to.
Richardson is not being investigated. Some group that donated to his campaign is being investigated for something completely unrelated to Richardson.
Again, the GOP's ';Guilty by Association'; tactic in action.
