Is it true that a draft can kill a cockatiel?

and if so how? please i really need to know... thank you!Is it true that a draft can kill a cockatiel?
A draft can kill any parrot. The truth is that parrots can handle temperatures that are quite cold if they are acclimated. Most are not. The danger with drafts is that the temperature is constantly fluctuating between hot and cold, and this causes the parrot to fall ill (I would, too, caught between a constant hot and cold draft). Is it true that a draft can kill a cockatiel?
It can because your bird may not be used to the temperature coming in all of a sudden. So if you see your bird shivering (fluffing its feathers) fix up whats causing it
welll myn got really sick when the door was open for a second so i wud say that yes a draft can killl a cockatiel..i suggest that if ur bird gets a draft, take it to the vet or keep it really warm....i'd probably talk to a vet just to make sure
they get sick like in pneumonia, keep her way from drafts, also any bird (pet) will die from the exposeure
Yes. A draught can kill any bird.! Sudden changes can quickly bring on respiratory diseases like pneumonia.
Yes and No. No if your bird is healthy. And yes if it's a cold cold draft and the bird is exposed to it ALOT and the bird is ill
Just teach your bird to follow the example of our last two presidents and dodge the draft.
only he drinks it off tap
