They have surveillance online, yes.(Obviously, of course they do)

My favorite was the guy who mailed the police detectives a map of where the body was of the girl he just tortured and murdered and they trace the map to a download from google ,to a download from his house where they then showed up at his front door. {and he had another girl in the basement that they saved!} So to answer your question,they can when they need to.
