Is it true the more expensive the neighborhood, the nicer the neighborhood?

I noticed something... I can't stand where I live. The people are very trashy looking and are probably poor. The worst part of my town is the lack of quality people. And I sometimes hear how the houses around here are cheap.

Is it true the more expensive the neighborhood, the nicer the neighborhood? Is it true the more expensive the neighborhood, the nicer the neighborhood?
I think a lot of it has to do with who lives there. There are people who are on HUD housing or whatever and do not care what they do to the house or who they bring over because it is not theirs and there is no pride in it so it does not matter. In the more expensive areas the homes are generally owned and paid for by working individuals who view their homes as investments and work hard to keep them and the neighborhood nicer. Just my opinion anyway. Is it true the more expensive the neighborhood, the nicer the neighborhood?
This can be true in certain situations. Generally though, you can expect the more expensive neighborhoods to be nicer. Some neighborhoods in California for example can be relatively expensive but they are not that nice. Some residencies in Georgia can be inexpensive and very nice. So it just depends on the area. Hope this helped
I think it's true that the most expensive the neighborhood the nicer the houses and stuff that's in those houses. I refuse to beleive that all wealthy people are good people though. I know a lot of rich people who are terribly and insufferable. I also know many poor people who are great and mean the best to others! Hope this helps.
That's not always the case. For example, a trashy house in the middle of a huge city is going to go for way more than that trashy house in a rural town because of the location. You also get more space for your buck in rural areas. But it really depends on the market at the time.
Did you just wake up to this fact? People with money, such as upper class people, can afford nice areas. Poor people get stuck in slums and ghettos.
not necessarily...

but usually the rich neighborhoods are well taken care of.

its cuz they care about their appearance and how they are looked upon
usually... yes. the higher price of the home, the more clean or however you would describe them are. i dont know why.
DUH, if its not nice why should it be expensive expensive
