NO! The Germans did stereotype the Jews and kill them but it is not the cause
No they were not. Stereotyping did occur in Germany during the Holocaust like others have said.. but that was not what the whole war was about. The Axis Powers were trying to take over all of Europe and the Allies were the ones who opposed them to stop it.

No!There were many factors leading to WW2.The main cause was the brutal,immoral,and illegal Versailles Treaty imposed upon Germany by the United States,Britian,France.No such treaty;no WW2,no Hitler,no Holocaust.So now who is to blame for WW2 and its evils?
I would not call it a cause; but it was present everywhere. Not just the nazi's racial views; but the US Military would only post blacks as cooks and stewards; or extremely dangerous duties. I think that one reason was that 'blacks can't see in the dark', and other lovely false statements.
